2013 Summer Camps at the Conrad Centre!

Music Discoverers / Music Explorers Camp (Ages 5 - 13)

NOW INCLUDING "MUSIC FOR YOUNG CHILDREN" PROGRAMS!

How do you give your youngster the opportunity to discover the world of music and find the instrument that's right for them? How do you give a young musician the opportunity to broaden his/her skills and explore music further? This camp will provide the answer.  Each day will focus on a different instrument family - strings, brass, woodwinds,  percussion & voice. Our experienced teachers will teach mini music lessons, then campers take part in fun physical, musical and artistic activities throughout each day.

We look forward to presenting another fun summer with four weeks of all-day camps! The camps run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm each weekday, with early drop-off/late pick-up options.

Choose one of four weeks for this camp:

WEEK I: July 15 – 19

WEEK II: July 22 – 26

WEEK III: July 29 – Aug 3 

WEEK IV: Aug 26 - Aug 30

 

The camps are held at the Conrad Centre for the Performing Arts in downtown Kitchener (36 King Street West, near Queen Street North). Walking excursions are made to nearby parks.
