Musicians of all ages and abilities are invited to perform. Young and old, amateur and professional, students and teachers, instrumentalists and vocalists, individuals and groups, children and parents are invited to perform and share their Love of Music!
Teacher Invitation Letter
The support of local teachers and their students ensure the success of this wonderful day-long Community Concert.
Performer Registration Form (Registration deadline October 24)
For individuals, groups, and teachers to complete and register to perform.
Performer Sponsor Sheet (Tax receipts for donations of $20 or more)
Completed Sponsor Sheets and ALL donations to the K-W Symphony must be handed in prior to your performance. Each performer must bring in a minimum of $20 in donations in order to perform.
Performer Incentive Prizes (Check after October 7th for initial listing. It will continue to be updated as other prizes are added.)
